I was stoked to get the coaching staff over to my house for a coaches dinner a couple weekends ago. I was reminded of just how lucky I am to be surrounded by such a talented and caring team. I couldn’t imagine this community without these guys leading the way. We missed you Kyle H! http://crossfit38degreesnorth.com/blog/

What a day on Saturday. It’s days like these that showcase the amazing qualities and energy of this community at CrossFit 38 Degrees North. Congrats to the 40 athletes who came out and battled through 3 WOD’s and two floater WOD’s. A special congrats to the RX division winner’s Ej Nave and Erica O’Brien. Also a big congrats to the scaled division winners Corryn Degelabert and Sean Cross. It has been one hell of a fundraiser for Microlissencephaly and Harper. The 5000 dollar mark has been passed and there is still time to donate! Please visit https://www.gofundme.com/harpersmicrocrew if you would like to donate it will be open a couple more days. Here is a pic of the athletes showing there support for Harper, “Mustaches for Microlissencephaly.” Thanks to all who helped out with this day and this cause.
5 More days until we get a chance to celebrate this little girl and raise some money to help fight this condition. https://www.gofundme.com/harpersmicrocrew
